Criss Angel: Trick Revealed? No Way!
I don’t know if you’ve seen this. It’s one of those viral video’s purporting to reveal Criss Angel’s levitation illusion. You’ve probably seen him do the trick on his A&E Network television series "Criss Angel: Mindfreak" and wondered: “How he’d do it?”. Well to be honest, this video doesn’t really reveal the whole trick. Besides why would Criss Angel appear in a video showing how the trick is done? I think if anything, it’s a ruse. The proof. If you look very closely at the second video, the camera never points upwards or directly upwards above Criss Angel. A simple wire support with a high rise crane or even the camera view cranes can lift him. To create the illusion of transfering buildings, he simply goes out turns around while the camera is not on him and turns around... check the scenary of the two roofs and the roof tiles.
There is a magic trick called the icarus effect. So maybe he adjuysted that trick to fit his needs.
Anonymous, your an idiot, icarus is nothing like that, you dont know what your talking about, and for the record, and as for Mr Angel, the only thing magical about him is the fact you people buy into his bullshit, 80% of what you see is done with payed stooges, Camera tricks, and general dishonesty in the presentation, if you talk to any profesional or evan an up and comming novice about chris angel they will agree 100% with the above statment and probably have some nasty things to say bout him, he sells cheap gmicks and reveals honord secrets, hes selling this POS
Levitation Gimick DVD that is 1/2 assed and alot of peole wouldent be able to do it because they dont have profesionals to "create" the effect and encorperate it to his trick. he is an idiot, and hes just out to get money and promote his band, he even said on his show "MUSIC is his first passion way befor magic and it allways will be" i dunno about you, but if im going to be a fan of a magician i want him to be someone who loves the art and it is his "thing" all the way threw. Chris is just awful.
criss angel is a very good magician even though he is a sell out (Masterminds DVD collection) cause a magician is someone who entertains people thats there job so he uses camera tricks and other things to do it he doesnt suck but its not real
JC Here. Obviously Criss Angel is a good magician. Remember there is no such thing is magic so a magician's job is to fool you into thinking what they are doing is real. If you can not explain how they did it, then they are a good magician. Criss Angel is a great magician but ofcourse nothing he or any other self-proclaimed magician does is real. What idiot would think it was anyway? Oh right I forgot, there are thousands of them out there, hence proving beyond the shadow of a doubt that people are stupid!!!
